Approved Drawings
Every activity begins from consultant-approved drawings and specifications, with shop drawings and material submittals cleared before work starts.
Planning & Coordination
Programme, method statements and MEP/structure coordination are set in advance so trades are sequenced without conflict.
Site Execution
Work is executed by supervised teams against the approved programme, with daily records and progress tracking.
Consultant Inspections
Formal inspection requests are raised at each hold point, with works released only after consultant approval.
Concrete Testing
Concrete is sampled and cube-tested by approved laboratories to confirm strength against specification.
Waterproofing Testing
Wet areas, roofs, basements and pools are subjected to flood and integrity testing before covering works proceed.
QA/QC
A dedicated quality process governs checklists, non-conformance control and material traceability throughout the build.
Completion & Handover
Snagging, de-snagging, testing and commissioning are completed ahead of a documented handover and defects-liability period.
